CDD Ltd were appointed to provide the RC Detailing for all of the substructure for this project.
This transformation across this 17 hectare site was set to create a special meeting place and gateway to the town providing a unique and characterful place in the heart of Blackburn. This regeneration scheme was to provide new public and private open spaces in and around the Cathedral and in front of the main railway station and bus interchange.
A series of new office, retail and hotel buildings were to be constructed incorporating a modern urban design and raising the standard of the quality of accommodation within the town centre. We had worked with this client on projects of this nature before so this type of project is where we’re definitely within our comfort zone!
