Located in the center of Leeds, the region’s business, financial and social capital, Wellington, the mixed use retail, leisure and commercial scheme was to be the largest development of its kind in the town, creating an estimated 300 new jobs during construction and more than 700 permanent jobs.
Being close to us geographically, means projects like this have a different feel to them as we get to not only see the final product, but it being put to use as part of the community too.
