Located in the centre of Leeds, the region’s business, financial and social capital, Wellington Place was to be one of the biggest and most prestigious new city centre business quarters in Europe.
Combining 1.5 million sq ft of commercial, retail, leisure and residential space, the vision was for Wellington Place to be an exciting place to work, live and visit. A community built on the traditions of the city, but with the future in mind. The plans were ambitious but this is a client we’ve worked with over a number of years, so they trust us with their RC Detailing provision.
