The new Blackwall Reach development was part of a £300 million project aimed at transforming what was already one of London’s most exciting areas, Canary Wharf.
The new development was part of an ambitious five-stage process that provided a wealth of new properties to buy in Blackwall, along with shops, improved transport links, community facilities and lush open spaces so it called for an expanse of knowledge that covered all of the intricacies that a project like this needed.
It was set to be one of the largest new developments in London creating 1,575 new homes on a 20-acre site right beside the Blackwall DLR station and less than a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the Canary Wharf business district so the scale of the project and deadlines were significant.
This was the second time we’d worked with this client so we were really excited to be providing the RC Detailing on the properties, community facilities and shops. RC Detailing for transport also needs different considerations so our experience in this helped to ensure all aspects of the development were all incorporated into the overall RC Detailing provision.
