Crown House was set to become a 350-bed student flat complex and this development on West Bar would involve the vacant offices being converted into apartments for students at both city universities. The development would sit directly opposite Sheffield Crown Court and there were plans to spend £20m building two more blocks to create a 350-bed complex set to include apartments, a gym, study and cinema.
Providing RC Detailing for student accommodation is one of our most popular requests, so this is an area we are extremely experienced in. This was also a client we work with regularly, so it didn’t present anything unusual for us to tackle!
