CDD Ltd were appointed to provide the RC Detailing of the foundations and vertical elements for this project.
Durham University’s £48m development was to be positioned at the edge of the university’s science site along Stockton road and would sustain 200 construction jobs in the local economy. The development was to house a major library extension, a new law school and a student services building which will be known as the palatine centre.
This was a project we worked on with a long standing client which always makes life easier as you already understand where the pitfalls can be in projects and can work on them together with ease – the trust is there already.
