CDD Ltd was appointed to undertake the RC Detailing of the full concrete frame comprising of 3 blocks of various heights built off a podium slab.
The development was to create 122 residential units and 18,500ft2 of retail space along with 29,500ft2 of amenity space in four blocks. These ranged in height from three to eighteen storeys and were all to be connected by a podium at first floor. Ground floor areas below the buildings were also to provide car parking.
Projects of this nature need certain considerations for their structure as car parking amenities have a different type of movement in them as they are used than standard structures and all of this needs including in the calculations. Our extensive experience of providing RC Detailing for car parks and residential projects of this side was put to use with this long standing client for yet another very successful project.
