Manchester city centre was set for another sleek office block, right next No 1 St Peter’s Square with the £100m Landmark Manchester planned in for delivery in the first half of 2019.
With 180,000 sq feet of grade A offices across 14 floors, based in Manchester’s central business district, this was a project our years of experience in RC Detailing for tall buildings would be put to use on. The design of this building was of a hybrid nature where the core is concrete but the main frame was comprised of steel work with composite decking upper slabs.
We’d worked with this company for a while, but this was a new relationship with an office we’d not worked with before so it’s always interesting to have that new dynamic on projects.
