Located in the heart of Southwark on Blackfriars Road, just 150 yards from the landmark Palestra Building and Southwark Tube Station, One Valentine Place was a new-build which would have seven-storeys on Blackfriars Road offering 30,000 sq. ft of grade-A office accommodation. The exposed in situ concrete frame was clad in anodised aluminium and high-performance solar-control glazing, featuring a double-height entrance storey, generous external terraces, and views towards the City of London. We have worked extensively on projects of this nature and it was a client we’ve worked with for a number of years, so it was a project type we’re incredibly familiar with.
