The proposals for Jubilee Campus at The University of Nottingham were for a new Power Electronics and Machines Centre (PEMC). This was to be situated adjacent to the recently completed RAD Building. The facility was designed to provide office accommodation, laboratories, workshop space, meeting rooms and ancillary spaces for the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Group within the Faculty of Engineering.
This was being undertaken by a regular client of CDD Ltd so it was no problem at all for us to provide the RC Detailing of the foundations, ground slab and metal decking.
