Plans for Manchester Metropolitan University’s new flagship Arts and Humanities building have been given the green light by Manchester City Council.

The new Arts and Humanities building will provide outstanding state of the art facilities including theatre spaces, a Poetry Library and a new University Language Centre and be home to a diverse mix of arts and humanities courses.

CDD have been appointed to complete the RC Detailing for the full concrete frame and the basement.

Wellington Place

Located in the centre of Leeds, the region’s business, financial and social capital, Wellington Place will be one of the biggest and most prestigious new city centre business quarters in Europe.

Combining 1.5 million sq ft of commercial, retail, leisure and residential space, the vision is for Wellington Place to be an exciting place to work, live and visit. A community built on the traditions of the city, but with the future in mind.

CDD Ltd were appointed by the Consultant to undertake all RC detailing on plots 5 and 6.

Bond Street Station

Bond Street is in the heart of London’s West End, the busiest shopping district in the UK – serving tourists, residents and businesses in the area.

More than 155,000 passengers use the existing Tube station daily. When Cross rail arrives in 2018, passenger numbers are anticipated to grow to over 220,000, daily.

Wood Wharf

The Wood Wharf project is a redevelopment of a 13.6 acre site in Canary Wharf. 

The development will deliver 3,500 homes, including 607 affordable homes, as well as 2.8m sq ft of offices, shops and leisure facilities in 30 new buildings.

Completion of the first phase of the plans will coincide with the arrival of Crossrail in 2018.
